As River struggles with self-doubt, anxiety, and overwhelming feelings for a girl who isn’t human, Xane begins to question the Analyst who created her and the emotional boundaries she’s supposed to obey. Together, they navigate the intensity of first love, the shadows of high school, and the terrifying fear of being exposed.
