'I applied for Harvard ten times, got rejected ten times and I told myself that ‘Someday I should go teach there.' Even in the early success of Alibaba Ma was told by Silicon Valley venture capitalists that his business model was wholly unprofitable and he was sent back to China unfunded. In the face of all this adversity Ma did not give up, give in or blame, he just continued to try.

Absolutely love this book and the amazing story of Jack Ma, truly inspirational. It shows one that no matter how many doors slam shut, you shouldn't give up on something if you believe it with all of your heart. This book was just so interesting, loved the tales of Jack's life. A man of humble beginnings and made a super successful life for himself and created generational wealth for his family. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone who has aspirations in life

This is a must read book which touches both struggles and success stories of Jack Ma from his childhood to Launching Alibaba and scaling it to work class level. This book gives you key insights, failures and learnings through out the journey of Jack Ma. Must read. If a person have passion towards something ie making money,sports ,gym etc ...he or she have to be clear minded...and every new steps is also a new experience face by individuals which will help him or her growth...and hungry for success will teach everything Reviewed in India on 1 January 2020 Jack life is not that much interesting ...but he choose to do different in his life ...leaving behind his failures to become super successful person Jack Ma is an inspiring leader and one can learn so much from his journey. Worth reading his story . Cant wait to read his Alibaba 1001 mistakes Good and Motivating book I recommend this book for readers who would like to know about Jack Ma. They will definitely get inspired by his approach towards life.
