Not much on how to deal with anger. Identifying it yes spot on but all angry people know their triggers, they just choose to igonre it

About the author
Ronald T. Potter-Efron, MSW, PhD, is a psychotherapist in private practice in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who specializes in anger management, mental health counseling, and the treatment of addictions. He is the author of Stop the Anger Now and coauthor of The Secret Message of Shame and Anger, Alcoholism, and Addiction.
Bob Dio is a veteran voice-over artist, actor, and director. As an actor, his feature films and television acting credits include Live by Night, Ghostbusters, American Hustle, The Equalizer, and Promises in the Dark. Bob was also the supervising producer for the television series Real Stories of the Highway Patrol.
