Olivia wants revenge for loved one’s deaths, planning to take down mafia boss King. In danger from the real killer, he takes her to his remote cottage, revealing truths about the deaths & dangers she faces. She’s attracted to King & has to decide if she can trust him. Olivia’s next move could change everything. Fast moving mafia tale of love, betrayal, & revenge. I read the ebook before but enjoyed the audiobook version too. I liked listening to Jill Smith & John York, both do a really good job.

This was a wonderful audiobook. Rose blended the mafia, age-gap, captor/captive tropes beautifully and the plotline was smooth. Ethan King and Olivia had known eachother for several years, but what did she really know about him? His obsession was clearly communicated, as was their joint desire. Their banter as well as Olivia's constant second-guessing made for delicious tension building. The climax was well worth it as was the optional epilogue- don't miss out on it!!

This Sizzling Audio Version Doesn’t Disappoint! The audio version certainly kicks the storyline up several notches thanks to the two performers who serve as Olivia and King. They certainly know how to tear up the sheets throughout. King may be older but he’s kept himself in shape. As the head of the Mafia he knows he has to be alert and rule with kid gloves, especially when it comes to Olivia. He finally is able to get her alone. But is it enough? Completely recommending
