The Diamond Connection

Gemologist, Sapphire King, is a hunted woman. The hunter is Ethan Quinn, a special forces sergeant turned mercenary - and her ex. Saph stole the famous Florentine diamond from her jeweler client, Stefano, to prove its authenticity and save her father's reputation. After her dad claimed he'd seen it in Europe, his peers savaged him when the diamond's shady owner refused to reveal it. Now the diamond has reappeared in Stefano's hands, and Saph has the chance to prove them wrong. 

But Stefano wants it back. Who better to find a woman than the man who knows her best? A man who can't stop thinking about the woman he dumped because she wanted more than he could give. When Ethan catches up to Saph in outback Australia, their reunion is tempestuous, fueled by hurt, anger, and a passion neither has been able to put behind them.
