One of my favorite reads of the year. No, one of my favorites reads ever. Deleted Facebook and Facebook messenger off my phone thanks to this book! Would read this one again to help ingrain the importance of dopamine detox.

Helpful! I have ADHD and I’m going to try this since it outlines the process so nicely. The author also acknowledged that relapses might happen and what to do when it happens.
