About this audiobook

Recipe for disaster:Equal parts shifter rage and vampire hate1 heaping tablespoon witch cluelessnessStir pot till it explodes...

When mysterious vampire hunters target Hazel’s friend, the trio must investigate the murder of Britt’s vampiric sire. A creepy professor who preyed on his students. Unsurprisingly, that sleazebag had more enemies than a donut has sprinkles. Before long, every supe in town’s on the suspect list.

Things go from bad to awful when a vampire kidnaps a young Green Witch. To rescue the missing girl, Hazel must work closely with hot---but bossy--Deputy Elliot James. And the more she gets to know Elliot, the more she wonders who he really is behind those dark, intense eyes.

With romance in the air and sparks flying, Hazel has to juggle her budding love life alongside a brewing supernatural showdown.

If you like new adult chick lit and a witch cozy mystery series with slow burn romance, escape to the magical, sea-swept village of Blue Moon Bay!

The Narrator, Joanna Roddy, did a great job of bringing these characters to life and this story to life. There were times I felt like I was in the thick of it with Hazel and her various supernaturals trying to piece together this mystery. She did a great job with all the different voices, although it did throw me for a loop how masculine she made Maxine “Max” sound. Other than that, she was able to keep my attention. I loved this book and can’t wait for the next one!
