At 2 am on the morning of her fortieth birthday, Sophie wakes in the darkness of her bedroom and finds a stranger watching her from the foot of the bed. 關於作者

Lucy studied Psychology at Warwick University before becoming a children’s magazine editor. Her first bestselling book, His Other Lover, was published in 2008. Since then she has published four other novels and her work has been translated into numerous other languages. She lives in Exeter with her husband and children.

Julie Maisey is a British actress. She has appeared at Hampstead Theatre, the Royal National Theatre and on TV in The Bill, EastEnders and various sitcoms including Birds of a Feather and Holding the Baby. Voiceover highlights include the BAFTA-nominated and British Animation Award-winning Dad's Dead (Best Short), People's Britain (Best Comedy) and a number of cartoons for the AIR scheme with Channel 4.
