Assassin Lane Palmer, alias "The Hawk," works both as Special FBI Agent and as The Hawk for the shadow agency Counter Force. Now Palmer is charged with guarding the life of an unusual high school athlete, Rodney Marcus. Destined for football fame, Rodney's life is instead changed in a tragic accident leaving him unable to play, but possessing a strange gift of voices. At first the youth thinks he's losing his mind, but then one of the voices materializes as either an angel or alien foretelling the future. Rodney's predictions are 100% accurate, and soon others want to use his voices for their own reasons. However, the alienangel has another purpose in mind. He reveals a plan which involves Lane Palmer, the life of the U.S. President, and the world's survival.
