Traitor to Humanity

The crew of the The Icarus have discovered signals from an alien civilization and are told by their captain that this isn't the first time.

They are to decide if the aliens are a threat to humanity, and if they are they will introduce a virus into the atmosphere of the less advanced race's world.

But not everyone is comfortable with the idea of killing millions of the aliens.
