I've been a runner for many years but didn't seriously get into metabolic resistance training until the spring of this year. I found that in the beginning, I was able to easily loose body fat and gain muscle mass. However, after a few months, the fat loss stopped, even though I was still adding visible lean muscle and challenging myself during workouts with new moves and heavier weights.

The book acts as a prescriptive guide to progress through the steps one would need to take to be successful in cutting body fat and replacing it with lean muscle mass. I can speak from experience that once I started following the methodology outlined in this guide, I started to see results very quickly (within the first week). I started to lose weight again, while maintaining lean muscle.
