Napoleon Hill was born in 1883 in Virginia and had a long and successful career as a lecturer, author, and consultant to business leaders. His Think and Grow Rich is the all-time bestseller in its field, having sold millions of copies worldwide, and setting the standard for today's motivational thinking. He died in 1970.
Joel Fotinos, a vice president at the Penguin Pubishing Group, is the publisher of the TarcherPerigee imprint, and is the founder and publisher of the Putnam Praise publishing program. He is a cofounder and a minister of Sacred Center New York, and the author of Creating Your Think and Grow Rich Master Mind. He lives in New Jersey.
Mitch Horowitz is the author of One Simple Idea: How Positive Thinking Reshaped Modern Life (Crown). His previous book, Occult America (Bantam), received the 2010 PEN Oakland/Josephine Miles Award for literary excellence.
