I wrote this book because I have been in that prison. I know what it is like to live under the weight of your own thoughts. And I also know that there is a way out of that prison.

This book does not promise you a magic mantra or an overnight solution. I will not tell you to "just think positive" and everything will be fine, Because we both know it's not that easy.

Instead of, This book is like giving you a map and a torch in your hand. Together we will explore the labyrinthine world of your mind. We will understand how it works, Why does it trap us, and most importantly, How can we get out of this.

We will discover a very simple yet revolutionary idea: Your thoughts are not facts.

They are the clouds that come and go in your mind, There are words running across the screen, Or trains passing through the station. Those are not true, They're just...thoughts.
