Fern insists the School for Wayward Fae, a place for students who are part human, and part other, is named after her, but that, like many things she says, is not quite the truth. Piper CJ has an M.A. in Folklore and a B.A. in Broadcasting. She is the author of the USA Today and Barnes & Noble bestselling adult fantasy series The Night and Its Moon (Bloom Books), and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
