Dr. Hunter Cage is an Ivy League educated sex therapist who is not afraid to be hands-on when the treatment plan calls for it. He knows that sex is an integral part of mental wellness, and his unorthodox methods work.

When he leaves small town Pennsylvania to launch a private practice in San Francisco, he looks forward to helping a larger client base with more varied treatment modalities. Dr. Cage is just what the gay men of San Francisco need: he successfully treats men who refuse to bottom (and top!) as well as sufferers of sexual addiction.

There's just one problem: he can't treat himself. Instead, Dr. Cage scours dating apps for men he can spend the night with and send home the next morning.
