關於這本有聲書

‘Ten Minutes Before Afternoon’ is a collection of verses that draws from the deepest corners of my heart. This book is more than just a compilation of poetry, tanka, quotes, limericks, and free verse; it is a journey through raw emotions, reflections, and expressions that have shaped my thoughts and feelings.

Each word in this book holds a part of me, crafted with care and poured from within. The poetry in Chapter 1 speaks of fleeting moments, of time’s quiet whispers, and the way life unfolds in unexpected ways. Chapter 2, with its tanka, captures the delicate balance between nature and human experience. The quotes in Chapter 3 offer insights, fragments of wisdom, and reflections on life, all meant to stir the mind.

In the limericks, there is a playful yet profound touch, showing that even in simplicity, there is depth. The free verse carries the weight of unspoken thoughts, allowing freedom in expression, where every line breathes the emotions that words often fail to capture.

This book is not just for the reader to experience but for me to share my innermost feelings. It is my hope that, as you read these words, you’ll find echoes of your own heart in them, that they will spark something within you. ‘Ten Minutes Before Afternoon’ is not just a collection of verses; it’s a reflection of time, of life, and of what it means to be truly present in the fleeting moments before the afternoon.
