In acclaimed author Josh Schneider's Theodor Seuss Geisel Award-winning book Tales for Very Picky Eaters, James' dad has to get creative to convince him to eat healthy foods. Given broccoli, James wants to know what else he can have. So his father offers tasty alternatives such as gum prechewed by children with very clean teeth and dirt walked on by cooks wearing the finest French boots. His father even has helpful suggestions for alternatives to eggs, lasagna, milk, and oatmeal- and soon, James realizes that healthy foods aren' t so bad, after all.

作者简介

Josh Schneider studied illustration at Washington University in Saint Louis. He is the author and illustrator of You'll Be Sorry (Clarion 2007) and Tales for Very Picky Eaters (Clarion 2011). Tales for Very Picky Eaters won the 2012 Theodor Seuss Geisel Award. Peter Jay Fernandez is an actor who has appeared on the stage as well as the small screen. He is also a voice actor most notably the voice of Alex Cross, one of James Patterson's most recognizable characters.
