Donovan is the Desert Colonyโs leader and claims that heโs doing everything he can to contact her family. As the days pass, however, Jennie doubts Donovanโs motives and begins to think the colony is a front for something illegal. Could he be involved in Gramโs disappearance?

Patricia H. Rushford is the internationally known author of the Jennie McGrady mystery series for young adults as well as several other series and works of nonfiction. She has numerous awards to her credit, including an Edgar nomination and a Silver Angel Award for excellence in media. She is a registered nurse and lives in the Pacific Northwest.
Rebecca Gibel is an award-winning stage, television, and voice actress, who has narrated over fifty audiobooks in a wide variety of genres. She has worked across the country at theaters such as Trinity Rep, Cleveland Play House, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Intiman Theatre, and the Arden Theatre Company. She holds a BA from the College of William & Mary and an MFA in Acting from Brown University/Trinity Rep.
