Kate Cann lives in England with her husband, daughter, son and dog. She worked as an editor for many years before writing several books which became bestsellers in the UK.

Nicky Talacko attended the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. After graduating, Nicky appeared in many stage productions, but is probably best remembered for her role as Kelly Hurst in the British television series Family Affairs. Nicky also played the lead roles in the feature films Baby Blues and A Mind of Her Own. Nicky then returned to Melbourne and has completed roles in the respected Australian television productions Blue Heelers and MDA.
