About this audiobook

This is a big combination of a series of books. There are 24 titles, which are divided into following themes:

Theme 1: What is cognitive behavioral therapy?

How is it used?

What can you achieve with such a form of treatment?

These and many other questions will be answered in this guide. Other topics will float to the surface, such as its use for boosting self-esteem, psychodynamic therapy, social healing, acceptance and commitment, misophonia, the Twelve Step Program, solutions for depression, and many others.

Theme 2: In this guide, we’ll show you a brief history of schizophrenia. By understanding what has happened in the past, present analyses will become clearer. Also, the concept of synchronicity will become apparent, as well as the side effects of schizophrenia that relate to suicidal tendencies, depression, bipolarity, etc.

Theme 3: In this guide, we will focus on several topics. For one, we will explore the reasons why so many times, sociopaths and narcissists are elected as leaders of countries, cities, or companies. We will also study sociopaths’ seduction techniques and the ratio in the population as compare to earlier in history.

Theme 4: Why can’t we either erase memories or cope with them when they have been shockingly awful?

Questions like these will be answered in this quick guide, as well as other interesting facts, anecdotes, and topics. We will discuss the comprehensive concept of dissociative amnesia, the four different sub-types of PTSD, the difference between PTSD and Acute Stress Disorder, specific problems related to homeless veterans, and several other fascinating subjects.

And 4 other themes!

This particular audiobook has lots of wonderful information. At first, I was questioning where it was going, but after tuning in to it for some time, I got into it. Then I saw this specific book for what it was: A fantastic endeavor by an intelligent writer and professional narrator. I don't think the word "remarkable" does this particular book justice. There needs to be a much better word, and I will certainly keep searching, since it deserves something great to be said about it.

Simply listening in my car, I enjoyed this particular audio book. Some of the best tips about this particular topic are openly being disclosed by the writer. That's exactly why I love it. Let me think for a moment ... how should I explain this? It was expert, straightforward, and reasonable. With that being said, yup, I do highly recommend the audiobook. No doubt about it.
