My Lovely Wife

Loved the book. Compelling story which kept me very invested. There were a few things which I found weren't plausible but necessary to drive the story forward. Problem was the male narrator's female voices; they just sounded like overly exaggerated gay voices. It was really distracting with the female detective and the wife as well, making them sound foolish. But the worst was the final scene when the wife's voice was just, well, idiotic.

Good story. Seemed a bit drug out for a while, but kept your interest. I had an idea of what might be taking place, but doubted it until it happened. Not enough of an ending, in my opinion. It happened too quick. I was really hoping for something more thrilling, but a good story and worthy listen.

Very good book. I wish they would make a movie about it. Very twisted up end. I will be looking for more audio books by this author. The ending is the best.
