I grew up in the 20th Century, when there was less technology, more physical contact with your neighbours and our isolation as a country made us become more self-sufficient.
I have formal background in natural therapies and also trained the NSW Ambulance Service in on-road safety techniques. i have a passion for sailing and use to be a basketball coach.
