S'bren doesn't realize what a mess he's stepping in when he steals me away. He just wants to resonate. Sweet, right? But his methods are all wrong and resonance doesn't look as if it's happening anytime soon for either of us.
So I'm going to use this time away from the camp as an opportunity. We're going to go exploring and not return to the beach camp until I'm good and ready. 4.5 stars — As should come as a surprise to no one who knows me, S’bren and Penny were all that and a bag of chips for me. They were my kind of characters, and the story was just fun and sweet and steamy with enough intrigue to keep me going. I adore me a beta boy, and while S’bren is a bit of an unconventional one, I’m still counting him. He was so wonderfully awkward, I was melting. That fish. I mean seriously boy, you are so cute.
