Well sourced material and a fresh take on a subject that is littered with opinion peices and twisted interpretations. While it is still an opinion peice it offers a refreshingly level headed approach that uses common sense to arrive at a general understanding, not of the phenonenon, but of our observation and interpritation of it. Peter Levenda is, imho, one of the best writters.

I definitely wasn't expecting this book to be one long history lesson about Sumerians. Hopefully I can get a refund...!

A refreshing take on the subject. Asks the questions that others have not and challenges what we think we already know. I'm looking forward to the next book!
About the author
Tom DeLonge is an award-winning producer, director, and multi-platinum recording artist best known as the lead vocalist in blink-182 and Angels & Airwaves. He lives in San Diego, California, where he runs his entertainment production company To The Stars, which focuses on science-fiction transmedia storytelling.
Peter Levenda has an MA in Religious Studies and Asian Studies from FIU. His published work has been praised by Norman Mailer, Jim Hougan, Dick Russell, Whitley Strieber, Katherine Neville, and many others.
Educated at Juilliard, Paul Costanzo brings the sensitivity and nuance of a classical music background to his twenty-five-plus years of voice acting, and AudioFile magazine has called his narration "superb."
