Philip Allen Green, MD, is board-certified in emergency medicine. He works full-time as an emergency medicine physician in Walla Walla, Washington. His previous book, Trauma Room Two, has been praised for its originality and authenticity in revealing the life of an ER physician.
David de Vries is a veteran stage actor and award-winning audiobook narrator. He can be seen in a number of feature films, including The Founder, The Accountant, Captain America: Civil War, and Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk.
