Who has not heard the name of Mullah Nasruddin? Nasruddin was born in a village near Turkey. 13th century. He was a philosopher, a popular intellectual, a comedian, an intelligent, nerd, a man. There was also a serial on Mullah Nasruddin that influenced the likes of Satyajit Ray and Idris Shah. In many countries his stories are used to make fun of imperialists. His worshipers say Nasruddin was a true humanist. The Nasruddin Festival takes place from July 5 to July 10 in his hometown. Nasruddin is not the only person who gets in the knives. He doesn't have a job. In the same book he manifests in different forms. Once again the judge, once the doctor, once the patient, once the poet, once again the politician - so he can become whatever he wants. That is why he becomes one of us.
