Newly wed Sandy Evans, the new owner of a bed and breakfast inn in Washington DC, believes the former owner was murdered. She, the efficient house-keeper Noah and her step-daughter Janie set out to prove it. They question the seven people staying at the inn at the time of the murder and they learn that three of them were contestants in a television contest. Sandy reports their progress in nightly telephone conversations with her husband Joey and her twin sister Alison and eventually finds some answers. This is the first in the Murder In The Inn series.
