Her body was found in an isolated part of the subterranean area away from the platforms currently being used as air raid shelters. She had been strangled and her body eviscerated.
When Coburg and Lampson examine the scene, they find an old Victorian doctor's case containing surgical tools. Has it been deliberately left to be discovered?
