D. H. Lawrence’s homage to his travels in Mexico and the American southwest. The first four essays are products of a short visit to Oaxaca in Mexico. David Herbert Lawrence (1885–1930)) was an English poet, dramatist and novelist, and one of the most significant literary figures of the early Twentieth Century. He was an ardent traveler and wrote extensively about his travel experiences.
