One of the most validating parts was reading that I’m not crazy for feeling the way I do. There’s a whole section about communication traps and how narcissists twist your words to create conflict. I saw my own experience in those pages. The advice on how to respond (or not respond) was clear and practical — not just theory, but things you can actually do and say to protect your peace.
