I liked this novella. I loved being a spectator at Angus' and Rose's wedding. I enjoyed getting to know Angus' sister, Meggie. I appreciated the relationship between Max and Tommy. I agonized over Meggie's and Max's past mistakes, but I applauded their determination to recover and start new lives. I thought Lucy Goleby's narration was great, and I appreciated her performance which added to my enjoyment of the story. I was given a copy of the audiobook.
