Mary O’Hara was born on 10 July 1885, in Cape May Point, New Jersey. She was a screenwriter during the silent film era and wrote several novels, including the range country trilogy My Friend Flicka, Thunderhead, and Green Grass of Wyoming. She also authored a novella, The Catch Colt, and Wyoming Summer, based on her diary of sixteen years. She died on 14 October 1980.
Michael is the multi-instrumentalist, singer, composer and co-founder of NYC-based experimental dreampop trio Bipolar Explorer. Michael and the band have released nine albums and six singles to date. Currently at work on the first of three volumes of memoirs about his life with his late-sweetheart, Summer, Michael's writing encompasses both narrative poetry and prose, non-fiction, short stories, and, formerly, works for both the theatre and indie film. Also an audiobook narrator, Michael recorded over 30 titles with the major publishing houses.
