Lulubelle and her Bones

Vashti Farrer had her first poem published in her school magazine when she was 8. She has been writing on and off ever since, for children as well as adults. Vashti's favourite hobbies have been acting, watching plays and films, and reading. She has worked as an advertising copywriter, librarian, book reviewer, film extra and freelance writer.

Nicky Talacko attended the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. After graduating, Nicky appeared in many stage productions, but is probably best remembered for her role as Kelly Hurst in the British television series Family Affairs. Nicky also played the lead roles in the feature films Baby Blues and A Mind of Her Own. Nicky then returned to Melbourne and has completed roles in the respected Australian television productions Blue Heelers and MDA.
