When, time ago, I made the decision to jot down some notes for myself from what I talk about every day, I did not think of writing a"book "! The idea was to create an additional brochure, the kind that I generally provide to my clients and friends and call : "Guidelines for a healthy diet."
……… which could be of help to all those people looking for solutions to change their lifestyle.
Those people who feel that there is something wrong! Who know they have to do something, but do not know where to start.
Those people who are aware of the need to change, but are confused! Too much news. Everything and the opposite of everything . . . And then they keep doing what they have always done. They are slaves to the usual habits. Especially with regard to the way of eating.
………When I decided to write " this thing ", I actually thought of all those who are really fed up with being fed up, eager to learn more in terms of health, lifestyle, weight loss, healthy weight, improved energy levels, movement and motivation. I wanted to write an extremely simple, intelligible text, not for scientists, but for ordinary people, who want to be accompanied from "A" to "Z " in a path of knowledge and awareness whose ultimate goal is to "FEEL GOOD ".
I daresay that if you follow with constancy even only some of the many tips that I provide in this text, you will be able to experience feelings of comfort never felt before.
