About the author
Lorraine H. Marchand is general manager of life sciences at IBM Watson Health. She has held leadership positions at Bristol Myers Squibb, Covance, Cognizant, and IQVIA, and she cofounded four companies. Marchand is an adjunct professor of management and advisory board member at Columbia Business School.
Kim Niemi has appeared on numerous stages in the Boston area as an actor and singer/songwriter. Kim is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and a proud member of Actors' Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA. Her voice has been described as soothing, soulful, and powerful.
