Allison Sweet Grant is a writer and psychiatric nurse practitioner with dual masters degrees. Adam Grant is an organizational psychologist at Wharton who studies and teaches creativity and ingenuity. His New York Times op-ed about raising a creative child has been shared over 300,000 times. Adam and Allison live in Pennsylvania with their three children.
