My name is Karl Kevin Smith. I was born and raised in East St. Louis,Illinois. I am a proud by-product of the educational system of District 189. I was blessed to have some of the most brilliant teachers in my schooling years. English teachers such as Ms. Hunt and Ms. Dillard at Lansdowne Junior High School. Ms. Adams at Clark Junior High School. Mr. Logan at East St. Louis Senior High School. I just would like to thank these teachers for enhancing my life.
