I’ve loved following the Jennings Family as each one’s found romance & love. This is James’ story & it didn’t disappoint. A must read Regency romance!

A wonderful story of a young woman setting out to find her brother on the battlefields of France to save her family home. With Anna's father and brother passing the estate would pass to a wastrel cousin. The only hope was to locate her brother reported missing in France. Setting out with her maid and her father's valet she is soon jpined by James who helps them navigate everything from rough roads to treachery. A wonderful story to enjoy.
