As a teen, he discovered his biggest inspirations in the tough and witty hard-boild Boston PI Spenser, by Robert B. Parker, and Elvis Cole by Robert Crais.
Jason loves creating the characters and world of the Drew Patrick novels and hopes his readers enjoy being part of the journey. When not writing, Jason enjoys reading (naturally), sports, movies, music, and travel. The family dog (a Beagle-mix who is the inspiration for Dash in the books) is a constant companion as he works in his study, and gives Jason excuses to get out of his chair and take walks.
