An intelligent agent (IA) is a term used in the field of artificial intelligence to refer to an agent that is functioning in an intelligent manner. Fouad has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications fields, working in local, regional, and international companies, such as Vodafone and IBM in Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
