This article delves into the Hemp plant, often considered the sister plant of Marijuana. Unlike Marijuana, Hemp does not induce a high, but it offers essential nutrients vital for health. Despite its benefits, Hemp remains controversial in countries with zero-tolerance policies toward cannabis. However, change may be on the horizon. As a certified personal trainer with the National Federation of Professional Trainers, I am dedicated to promoting wellness and examining the foods and crops that sustain us.
