About this audiobook

Memories can't be trusted...

The spirit of Gerard Ross still pines for a woman he'd known for only a day before the Battle of Culloden Moor, a woman who's true name he never knew. And in what he believes is a move of unfathomable generosity, the witch allows him to leave Culloden and keep the promise he'd made to his beloved so long ago. But perhaps the witch hasn't been as generous as he supposed...

A tender-hearted lass named Assa discovers that heroes really can step out of your dreams. Or perhaps, it was a nightmare. It's a race to see whose memory clears first--but in the end, they both must win...or lose all.

The 15th book in in the Ghosts of Culloden Moor. It tells Geard's story, of how he must keep his promise to the lass he knew for one day! As always, the narrations of Andrew McDermott and Jenn McGurik transport you to the highlands while you listen to this tale!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I enjoyed the dual narration of Andrew McDermott and Jenn McGuirk Gerard is one of the ghosts of 79 people who died at Culloden. Gerard was in love was Assa when he died at Culloden. Assa also died at Culloden and went by the name Kennedy. With help, Gerard finds Assa, and they reunite. Two ghosts find love and reunite. This is part of the ghost of the "Culloden Moor" series. Definitely read the "Gathering" first because it sets everything up. I would also suggestion reading "Kennedy" in the series before this one. Each story is about one of the seventy nine who died at Culloden and are now ghosts. Each story is each story is unique and a bit different. This is a good story, that develops nicely. It is interesting and intriguing with good narration. This one is about Gerard, Assa and ghosts.
