Cooper, Emmanuelle, Henry, and Nick used to be inseparable. They grew up together, went to school together, and shared all of their major milestones together. And Cooper, who is looking for direction in his life, gets a job working in the planning office with Emmanuelle. When the four come together to help plan the town’s annual Fourth of July Festival, the result is anyone’s guess. As the group learns to reconcile the past and to accept each other for who they are now, they must learn to focus on the future and let go of what’s holding them back.
