Eoin Madden and his friends are back at school and it looks like it will be a fun year with new subjects and activities to try. Gerard Siggins was born in Dublin in 1962. Initially a sports journalist, he worked for many years in the Sunday Tribune, where he became assistant editor. He has written several books about cricket and rugby. His Rugby Spirit series has sold over 50,000 copies and is hugely popular with sports-loving children around the world.
Patrick Harvey is an Irish-Australian actor and voiceover artist. He is best known for playing Irish immigrant Connor O'Neill on Neighbours for over a decade. Patrick spent most of his childhood in Belfast, Northern Ireland, moving back to Australia in 1999. He voiced Sinbad in Sherazade: The Untold Stories and has appeared in many other television programs including Utopia, Wentworth and The Cry.
