Diego Segura (Guadalajara, Mexico, 1994) is a distinguished industrial engineer, serial entrepreneur, speaker, and author. His first book, Everything in Excess is Good (2022), reached international bestseller status. With his second book, You Are Not a Failure: From Failure to Limitless Success (2024), Segura once again establishes himself as an authority in entrepreneurship and innovation.

A graduate of Universidad Panamericana, he holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Engineering and Project Management. He also earned an MBA (Master of Business Administration) and an MSDT (Master of Science in Digital Technology) from Boston University, underscoring his strong academic background and leadership in technology and marketing. Passionate about technological advancement, Diego has participated in initiatives and research in artificial intelligence—including neural networks—and closely follows the work of experts at institutions such as MIT and Harvard.

As the founder of innovative companies such as Segura Global Analytics, Grupo Seguc, Karby by Blanquident, and Constructora ST, Segura has been recognized as one of Mexico’s top entrepreneurs by Talent Land and as a leading entrepreneur in Jalisco by Coparmex.
