This is one of the first books on stress management that will not stress you out! The author begins with the premise that most of us know the basic requirements for health and well-being but then acknowledges we often get stuck at HOW to meet these requirements. In this user friendly workbook, she breaks down the "how" into one, five and ten minute very concrete and clear strategies for preventing and handling stress.

This is one of the most comprehensive, easy-to-understand, and organized books on stress management I've come across in a while. The "workbook" aspect of it is one of its best qualities as it helps readers pinpoint exactly how stress is impacting their lives and what to do about it.
