USA Today bestselling author Gretchen Archer is a Tennessee housewife who began writing when her daughters, seeking higher educations, ran off and left her. She lives on Lookout Mountain with her husband, son, and Yorkie, Bently. Double Whammy, her first Davis Way Crime Caper, was a Daphne du Maurier Award finalist.
Amber Benson is what we call "a maker of things." A prolific writer, she is the author of the Calliope Reaper-Jones urban fantasy series and the middle-grade novel Among the Ghosts.
