Dogging the Law

In the middle of the night, a woman with binoculars parks her car in a lot full of lowlifes. When a police officer spots her, he’s mighty curious what she’s up to. Turns out she’s got curiosities of her own, which can only be satisfied by spying on other couples. Can a lawman discipline the taste for peeping out of this naughty voyeur?
