Hunter continues his journey through his icy alien world. Having adapted to the merciless conditions beyond the Bunker, he has begun to expand his "territory" and explore new points on the map around the enormous Pillar.

Cross-shaped cells, each housing a destitute soul, soar overhead, orbiting the colossus. Naked, frost-bitten Walkers—once noble souls, now twisted and mutated by suffering—wander the icy wastes. Bent and aged former prisoners, who survived their forty-year sentence in the skies, now swarm around scattered shelters, attempting to find peace in what's left of their broken lives.

Amidst all of this, an accidental traveler dashes deftly over snow drifts on hand-fashioned skis. He narrowly avoids an encounter with a ferocious bear, but doesn't notice the ominous winged shadow manifesting above him . . .
