About this audiobook

YOUNG BLACKBEARD THE PIRATE

THE PORT OF BRISTOL 1690

Book 1 of 6 – The Great Spud Cannon Battle

In late 1680s Bristol, young Edward Teach and his crew of adventurous kids—Israel, Benjamin, Charles, and Anne Bonny—embark on a daring spud cannon battle against a rival crew aboard The Salty Pickle, their weathered fishing boat. Edward, a natural leader, commands his team with precision: Benjamin’s spud cannons, Charles’s water bombs, and Anne’s fierce screams give them the upper hand. After a fierce battle, they defeat The Rusty Anchor and celebrate their victory. Edward dreams of future adventures, knowing this is just the beginning for his loyal crew, bound by friendship and a shared thirst for adventure.

This is the first of six audiobooks in the series, the others will become available in the very near future and I do hope you enjoy this second instalment, and it's only $3, all subsequent will remain at that price as I would not like price to be a barrier to your enjoyment.

I have worked very hard and meticulously to provide you with an enjoyable experience, the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, accordion, fiddle, harmonica and bango in a classical sea shanty jig called Edwards Journey”(through this story). The closing music ends the tale looking forward to the next story at about 2 minutes long and the same musical instruments and is called Edwards Voyage (to the next story). Blackbeard's real name was Edward Teach.

The story itself runs to about 13 minutes is is narrated in my own voice.

I do hope you and your family, if applicable, enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!
